Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery Times (UK):

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
